2. Products

Our products are made in small batches. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but small variations in colour, weave, print and finish are natural to each piece and are not defects. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final price you pay for the product. We are not registered under GST, so no GST is added to your order. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (including UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.
We may update prices from time to time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the website or breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including product designs, names, photographs, text, logo and brand elements, belongs to OAS Living and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OAS Living's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
