- We currently ship within India only.
- Orders below ₹1,299 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99. Orders of ₹1,299 and above ship free.
- All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final price for the product. We are not registered under GST, so no GST is added to your order.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location; remote areas may take longer.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link by email and/or SMS.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather, or festive-season volumes are occasionally outside our control. If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimate, we will reach out and give you the option to continue or cancel for a full refund.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are complete. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy and write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
